In terms of the story, I found it to be very original so kudos to the author for creating an out of the ordinary angel story.

Review 2: Overall, I enjoyed this series although I did have a couple of critiques about the writing. and by the way, Costa Rica is NOT in South America, is in Central America!Will read Afterlife now. the honey moon, it doesn't describes the place that much, a chapter only. great ending! It chronicles the aftermath of a world where human DNA is infused into cybernetic matter. Her dystopian novel “Eden” was released this June. An Italian publisher has contacted Keary about translation rights for the Fall of Angels series. “Vindicated,” the third and final installment, will be released in early 2012. “Forsaken,” the second book in the series, was published last year. She was unable to find an agent or publisher, so she decided to self-publish. Keary completed the first installment, “Branded,” in late 2009. After finishing her first novel, entitled “Ever Burning,” she realized it wasn’t her best work, so she set it aside and started a new project: the Fall of Angels series.
